Enrollment in dynaCARE provides you the fastest, most reliable access to the dynaMACS Technical Support Team with prompt attention to your concerns. A free 60 day  enrollment is included with the initial purchase of dynaMACS Software Products.

  • Upgrades via Web site

All dynaMACS Software upgrades are downloadable from the “Members Only” area on our web site.  You will be advised by e-mail when these upgrades are ready for download.  Most new features and enhancements are the result of feedback from our dynaCARE members who have taken time to speak with the Technical Support Team to make their wishes known.  These upgrades are available at www.dynamacs.com/support. Click on the Downloads option on the left.

  • Technical Guidance 

Access to technical support areas on our web site is available only to dynaCARE members.  A current list of Optimal System Requirements is also available on our web site at www.dynamacs.com.

Non-dynaCARE Assistance - While the majority of circumstances which may arise are covered by dynaCARE, there are times when the problem involves something other than the dynaMACS software, for example, printers, data conversion, network related issues and so on. dynaCARE members receive a substantial discount for these normally billable services.

dynaCARE Support is based on the cost of your dynaMACS Software (including optional modules and Mobile licenses). At a quarterly rate of  5% of the total cost, renewable annually and payable quarterly, dynaCARE provides a peace of mind.
