Sales Agency “Needs Assessment”


                                                      This section outlines some of the common
                                                      reasons why sales agencies need
                                                      dynaMACS and will help you determine if
                                                      it is a fit for you.
                                                      As you read, determine how important
                                                      performing that task effectively is to you:
                                                      High, Medium or Low importance. Next,
                                                      grade your agency’s current ability to
                                                      perform the task: Good, Average or Poor.
                                                      This exercise will reveal which
                                                      dynaMACS modules will most benefit
                                                      your sales agency’s individual needs and
                                                      point you to more information on those
                                                      particular modules.
